Hi, I’m so happy you’re here!

I’m a Certified Personal Trainer with a passion for helping women build strength, confidence, and a healthier relationship with fitness.

Strength training has been a part of my life since 2020 but I’ve always lived an active lifestyle - playing many sports growing up. Over the years, I’ve learned that real progress doesn’t come from chasing perfection; it comes from showing up consistently, trusting the process, and finding an approach that works for YOU.

Thats the foundation of BriVive Movement.

I’m so glad you’re here and I can’t wait to be a part of your journey!

My Mission

Built on the belief that movement has the power to revive.

Fitness doesn't have to be all or nothing.

I believe in building strength through consistency, not perfection. My coaching is centred around realistic, sustainable training that fits into your life-not the other way around.

 

Every person starts somewhere, and my goal is to help you feel supported, challenged, and proud of what your body is capable of along the way.

What’s Next for BriVive?

BriVive Movement is just getting started.

While my current focus is personalized strength training, my vision extends beyond the weights. In the future, BriVive will continue to grow with additional offerings, including Barre and Pilates online classes. I want to create even more ways to help women move with confidence and build lasting strength.

This is only the beginning, and I’m so excited to have you here from the start.
